The first question that many of our customers ask is "How much does a home inpsection cost?" Our home inspection fees are very competitive. Prices start at $325.00.  The typical cost of a home inspection takes in several factors including square footage, age of home, additional buildings, crawl space and roof pitch. You will be provided with a fixed price home inspection quote momentarily while on the phone, or via email.

 

We endeavor to complete the on-site home inspection portion of our work by using our home inspection tools within 2 hours, and promptly deliver the home inspection report by 9:00 AM the next day.
